Summer 1/2 Day Rides

New for 2025! Summer 1/2 Day Rides

Introducing our new Summer 1/2 Day rides! These exciting 2-hour sessions are designed specifically for junior athletes eager to hit the trails without committing to a full day of riding.

Participants can choose from convenient 1/2 day options, making it easy to fit rides into busy schedules filled with camps, sports practices, and other activities. Whether you're looking to refine your skills, explore new trails, or simply enjoy a ride with friends, our Summer 1/2 Day rides offer the perfect opportunity to get outdoors and stay active.

Boulder 1/2 Day Programs

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

    • June Session - June 3rd - June 26th

    • July Session - July 7th - July 31st

    Meet at Trailhead

    Morning Rides - 8:30am - 10:30am

    Afternoon Rides - 12pm - 2pm

    No camps week of June 30th

  • Open to all ages (1st grade & up)

    Participants will split into age/skill groups each day.

    • Must be able to balance and pedal bike comfortably on bike path or gravel surfaces.

    • Must be prepared to spend the ride with the group for the duration of the ride.

    • This is not a learn to ride program, participants must already know how to ride a bike before camp.

    • 20” wheel or larger trail ready bike in safe working condition with hand brakes, gears, and tires adequate for off road riding. (No coaster brakes)

    • Properly fit helmet in safe condition (no cracks, broken straps, or dents).

    • Hydration pack or back pack that can carry the following items: 100oz water, lunch, snacks, rain jacket, tube, and sunscreen.

    • Shoes with adequate tread (No sandals or Crocs).

    • Sunglasses

    • Bike gloves

    • Tube

  • This is a meet at the trailhead program and the group meets at a different ride location each day of camp.

    Ride locations may include:

    • Valmont Bike Park

    • Heil Ranch

    • Doudy Draw

    • Marshall Mesa

    • Boulder Valley Ranch

    • Flatirons Vista

    • Picture Rock

    Ride locations will be emailed out to registered participants at the end of each week.

  • Choose Morning or Afternoon Option at registration

    Choose June or July Session:

    • Tuesday & Thursday - $375

    • Tuesday Only - $188

    • Thursday Only - $188

    • Drop in Day - $50

    Full Summer Options:

    • Full Summer (2-days/week) - $725

    • Full Summer (1-day/week) - $350

Nederland 1/2 Day Programs

  • Wednesdays, 9am - 11am

    • June Session - June 3rd - June 26th

    • July Session - July 7th - July 31st

    No camps week of June 30th

  • 6 - 12 years of age

    • Must be able to balance and pedal bike comfortably on bike path or gravel surfaces.

    • Must be prepared to spend the ride with the group for the duration of the ride.

  • Nederland ½ day rides meet at the West Magnolia Trailhead each week

    Any changes in ride location will be emailed out to registered participants 24 hours before a ride.

    • Full Summer (June & July) - $200

    • June Only - $100

    • July Only $100

    • Drop-in Day $35
